Tim Parsons is the main character in Cliffhanger and Buried Alive. He is timid but clever, and doesn't like adventure. He befriends Biscuits on an adventure holiday. They go on a another holiday to Wales and even more adventures.

Tim has mouse-brown hair and brown eyes. He is usually seen wearing a greenish-brown jacket, red and white striped t-shirt, blue trousers and brown shoes.
