Florence Garland, mainly known as Flo, is the owner of The Dumping Ground, an antique shop in Cooksea. She is a good friend of Tracy and Jess. She appears in My Mum Tracy Beaker, and We are the Beaker Girls.

Flo is a middle aged woman with long wavy fair hair, fair skin and blue eyes. She is large and very overweight, much of this being due to her mobility issues.
Attire[]
Flo wears a long dark green dress. She also wears large jewellery, notably big gold hoop earrings and large rings on her fingers. She also wears glasses, and dark red lipstick.
Personality[]
Flo is a loud, and larger than life person, likely due to her previous career as an actor on both TV and stage. She enjoys the company of others, and is quick to make friends with both Tracy and Jess, and is grateful of their offer to help run the antique shop.
Trivia[]
- Flo had a stroke when she was younger, which unfortunately led to the end of her acting career.
- Due to mobility problems caused by the stroke, Flo walks with sticks.
- Flo will not use a wheelchair, despite Tracy’s suggestion that it would help.
- Flo likes Tracy and Jess’s dog, Alfie.
