Emily usually known as Em, is the main character of the book Clean Break. She is the older half sister of Vita and Maxie, the daughter of Julie, the stepdaughter of Frankie, and the granddaughter of Ellen.
Appearance
Em is chubby from buying and eating too many sweets, and gets teased for it at school. She has long blonde hair worn in plaits tied with cherry bobbles, blue eyes and fair skin with pink cheeks.
She later loses weight after quitting buying and eating snacks and sweets between meals (insetsd saving her sweet money for a holiday) and taking up swimming.
