Elsie Carr is a character in Katy. She is the daughter of Izzie, the stepsister of Katy and Clover, the stepdaughter of Alistair and the half sister of Dorrie, Jonnie and Phil.

Personality[]
Elsie is seen to be annoying by Katy, due to her whining and not being very imaginative in their games. However, she does get better and grows closer to Katy and Clover after Katy's accident.
